SWANN SALES, a family owned and operated company in Howard County, Maryland  since 1965, was first established as a real estate brokerage primarily engaged in land development, home construction, and sales in Howard and surrounding counties.

In 1976, SWANN SALES became a registered builder with NORTH AMERICAN HOUSING CORPORATION and has been selling and building North American modular homes exclusively since that time.
