Turn-key prices are approximate. They include:
- North American modules (including taxes) w/features set
out in NAHC General Specifications (Exhibit B),
delivered, set & roofed
- Apply for and obtain permits and inspections
- Install up to 300' of sediment control fence
- Provide up to 100' of stone driveway w/asphalt entrance
apron
- Excavate basement, backfill around house, and rough grade
- Install footings and foundation walls
- Apply dampproofing on foundation walls and install
draintile
- Install steel columns in basement to support center of
house
- Install sill plate and sill insulation
- Finish concrete basement floor and front door slab/steps
only
- Provide and install gutters and downspouts
- Complete installation of siding and trim on house
- Electric hook-up in house
- Plumbing hook-up in house w/50 gal elec HWH
- Provide and install HVAC units (heat pump)
- Provide and install insulation on basement walls
- Provide and install two 28" x 16" basement
windows
- Complete interior trim and drywall, set basement stairs
and rail (unfinished), install carpet and adjust doors if
carpet shipped loose, and touch-up paint (finished primer
coat)
- Finish grade, seed, and straw all disturbed areas and
install stepping stones from driveway to front door
- Remove trash and broom-clean house
- General contracting fee
- Ten year warranty

Set & Roof prices include:
